Just so you don't think spnited's a lone wolf here, Big Chee, I think you're full of shit too.

Just to set the record straight.

Glad you put on the cape 24 hours after his call for help.

The false sense of security many of you get from c/s each others falsehood is amazing.

24 hours, huh? Guess it must be that I don't rush to open threads started by Big Chee.

But you sure are apt to respond to someone you you don't care about.

Seriously though, this little e-grudge thing is a waste of mental energy. Why so much of you indulge in it towards people you'd never meet is baffles me.

There is just so much of us that are bored by you.

When I'm bored, I simply ignore. So obviously, I inspire something other than boredom.

Really, what's the problem here? I have a problem with David Stern. Is there a portion of his salary he's given to you to protect him or something?

Umm, first, I don't believe Stern himself has been accused of anything. Second, the obvious reason for "patience" is because we don't even know what they've been accused of doing yet. The allegations in that extremely sketchy piece could just mean Donaghy accusing refs of playing some poker or going to a casino or something more serious. There's no way to intelligently discuss this until we know what the actual allegations are. You really can't see that?

I can accept that. I've questioned much of the back office operations of the NBA for years now and foresaw many of its failings leading to the demise of a league I used to love.

AGAIN, CAN YOU PLEASE EDIT THE FIRST POST SO THE GUY'S NAME IS SPELLED PROPERLY IN THE TITLE?

It's basic. If you care this much, you should care enough to do that.

Big Chee should have spelled the name right.

But it's disappointing that so many of us appear lulled into thinking Donaghy is the only rogue part of the NBA, which has been fixed since the Ewing lottery. Fixed as the day is long. Except most times, the refs aren't answering to a bunch of Tony Sopranos but a much more powerful and dangerous person...Stern.

Fixed. Fixed fixed fixed. I hope this takes the entire league down.

Geez, dickhead, I've heard and seen overstatement in my (long) life, but you just hit a new peak.

Might have overstated a bit, SP. But there's no doubt in my mind the fix has been in from all the way up top for a long time.

    We can disagree.
