If Russo's getting the reported $3-mill a year from Mel K., who gets the last laugh?

My wish is that WFAN sends Tank out to do a solo remote from the U.S. (tennis) Open in 95 degree heat

Don't see how Mikeeeeee will last that long without a house syncophant on hand.

I would rather listen to Colin Cowherd interview Scoop Jackson and Stuart Scott than listen to Michael Kay.

The guy is like a fork on a chalkboard.

Francesa will not be able to carry a program on his own. He better bring in a lot of guests to interview. When he has one of his Mike the pontificator moments you can almost here radios clicking off all over the try state area.

Mad Dog had his own quirks but he never brought a huge ego to the program and has always been an easy listen on his own.

  7. Francessa will be very good by himself.

Russo started out as the comedy foil to Francesa's know-it-all fan persona. How he managed to succeed in spite of himself and fool an entire generation of listeners into thinking he was a voice of authority is one of the great mysteries of our time.
