Did anyone see this? I apologize if it's a DB...

Apparently, one of the passengers was one of the producer's of Rich Eisen's show and this was referenced in MMQB today and the guy was on Carolla's podcast this morning...

People and their pets are just insane...

They had to have a Hazmat crew clean the plane in KC.

I agree, with additional evidence the proliferation of "Take Your Dog" nights at MLB parks.

However, it probably bears mentioning that this was a service dog, not a run-of-the-mill pet.

US Air has had a rough couple of months between the twitter
    malfunction and now this.

I bet Sully Sullivan would have known how to handle.

Do we know what the owner's issue was that required a service dog?

I have flown with a dog before, but it was a very small dog and he never left his bag. More than once, the person sitting next to me didn't know I had an animal with me until we got off the flight. These flights were never much more than two hours either.

It's pretty clear from reading some of the passenger accounts that this dog was labeled as a service animal but was not being used as such.

I may be wrong, but I thought most service animals had to be a specific breed (or a couple breeds).

Men who fly with small dogs in a carrier are usually gay. ;) ;D

I don't dress well enough for anyone to ever think I'm gay... :)

"Well well well, Scraps is a boy dog, isn't he?"

"Joey, do you like it when Scraps grabs your leg and rubs up and down?"

The person who discovers a way to train dogs to use a toilet will have more money than they could ever spend.
