Does this mean Paris is no longer a hotel heiress?

sorry if this is a d_b (and it very well may be)

If the Hilton family won't be owning the chain anymore, she can't be heir to the hotel empire. So the media can simply drop the "hotel heiress" from describing her... maybe it will make her less of a celeb?

I know its doubtful her celeb status will be lessened by not being a hotel heiress anymore, but we can hope, can't we? :)

So instead of inheriting a hotel chain to run into the ground, she will be inheriting a shitwad of cash it'll take 71 years to blow if she spent $1 million a day. No shit.

I've stayed at the Paris Hilton Hotel and have some notepads with the logo Paris Hilton.

I wonder how much of this decision was determined by their nitwit offspring? "Shit, we better sell of the chain because that ho will run it into the ground."
