Does the NFL announce the labor deal on Tuesday?

Looking at the schedule for the next week, would the NFL announce it's reached labor peace on Tuesday.

Seems like it would be a dick move, but what would everybody lead with: MLB All-Star game or the NFL deal? I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

Of course. The All-Star Game is just for show. Only reason it even cracks the cover of the section (which no other all-star games do) is because there is absolutely nothing else going on.

Yeah, that would be a dick move.

Which is why I can see the NFL doing it.

What is the guy from the tiny paper in Massachusetts reporting?

I thought they were already canceling the All-Star game so the entire nation could throw a parade for Derek Jeter if he gets 3,000 hits by them. :D

    ESPN is televising it.

The NFL will announce a deal when it gets done. If it happens Tuesday, well, them's the breaks.

I'm hearing the only reason it's going to take so long is the mediator is on vacation and won't return until July 19.
