I never got a chance to see The Wire when it was on HBO, before season five came out I decided I had to know what happened to Omar.

I never should have found out, it ruined just watching the show. I always give my mom shit for skipping to the end of books.

I used to tape football games when I was at work, mainly University of Washington games, and I would avoid hearing the score all day. The minute I did hear it, I couldn't watch the game. In 2001 when UW played Purdue in the Rose Bowl I made a point of not hearing the score all day at work, then with like 10 minutes left in my shift some asshole, who knew I was taping the game told me what happened. I never did watch it.
