    I had a brief stint as a morning show reporter on a CBS TV affiliate in a major metro market.

    Yes, hilarity ensued.

    No, it did not end well.

    Happily, some other experiments such as books and radio had better results.

    Sports, Mayfly. We had one of those mom-'n-pop radio stations in town that did things like broadcast the town's Little League tournament games. So I did play-by-play for a few years during high school.

    I've done radio, worked on the internet, done banking and bounced in a bar...

    I don't dabble any more but am told Dibble dabbles...
