Sure, it's healthy. The Diet Coke balances everything out. ::) :D

So when do you plan on taking the bike out for real rides? ;)

I've signed up for a Century tour in mid-August. I'd hit the roads this weekend, but instead I'm covering a little thing called the Porcupine Hill Climb. It's 10-mile ride from about 4,200 feet elevation at the mouth of the canyon to a finish line of 8,000 feet elevation at one of the local ski resorts.

So, until that Century tour, I'll mostly be taking it out just for some short sprints.

To the question at hand, I guess that would be a resounding no from Idaho.

Stay away from me, and stay away from my family, you sick, long-fingered, veggie-eating pervert.

I guess if you were a vegetarian who didn't eat vegetables, you'd be in trouble ... or a jockey.

See, I had no intention of going anywhere near your family, but for your sake now, I hope you don't have a bootylicious sister.

I had steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with dinner yesterday.

But your point is very vaild. At one time I told myself I'd eat carrot sticks instead of chips or cookies when I needed a snack. I haven't been very good at that, though.

I wish I liked more vegetables. Can't stand tomatoes, cucumbers and a bunch of other stuff that's good for me.

And the Terri Schivo picture was sick. But I laughed.

I'm concerned that this kid has only eaten five hot dogs and two salads in 21 days.
