    Funny side note... The friend who went from pushing 300 to 170-180 in about 18 months also went almost completely bald during that time.

    So I guess you are cool with a tofu main dish for Sunday dinner? It only takes a few minutes to drop some shrimp in a pot and add it to some sauce and noodles, but you are cool with the tofu.
