Do I have to pay for ringtones?

IJAG, mike ... will there be any charge from Verizon for getting these off Mobile17? Or is this really as free as it looks?

The only charge you'd have would be the mobile web time if you don't have a premium plan. All you have to pay Verizon is the time spent downloading it off the Web.

I had about 7 of them on my AT&T phone and never paid a cent for them beyond my Web pack.

    I feel for you guys.
I have a Treo and a program called Mini Tones.
I can use my own MP3s, trim them and make them ringtones.
For my pals, I have some classic NFL Films music, for others, "867-5309, Jenny," and for people I don't know, Rick Springfield's "Don't Talk to Strangers."

I haven't had any charges, and I've been using that program -- and its ringtones -- for about four months.

    I JUST GOT MY VOYAGER!

I'll be adding ringtones as soon as I figure out how to activate this damn thing. Oh, and I have to take it up to the Verizon shop so they can port in all my numbers.

On my phone, any MP3 can be used as a ringtone.

My old boss' ringtone used to be the Evil Empire theme from Star Wars.

You can search for free ringtones then go into the selected ringtone and customize the track to where you want it to start/finish at. It's quick and easy.

Sorry if I offend(ed) the board queen. ::)

You post what you want to say. I post what I want to say. Easy enough for you?

Very easy. And what I wanted to say is that you're an ass on here sometimes.

Same as people say I'm a bitch.

Most people say I'm an ass 24/7/365.

    Yeah, about that.

Did the way this thread began offer any clues that I didn't want to HEAR about your disapproval?
