    U.S. College Hockey Online (www.uscho.com), the leading website covering NCAA hockey, is seeking writers for roles in the 2011-12 season and beyond in the following area:

    * MCHA/MIAC/NCHA Columnist
    * ECAC Northeast/MASCAC Columnist

    USCHO columnists provide complete coverage of the teams and leagues in their beat, including season previews, weekly columns and blogs. They also contribute to game coverage, live blogs and coverage planning and have the opportunity to write paid-per-piece news and feature stories.

    Applicants should have solid reporting and writing skills, a familiarity with the area of coverage, knowledge of Associated Press style and an ability to generate and execute stories in deadline situations. Experience with news organizations is preferred.

    This is a paid position.

    Applicants should submit a letter of interest, a brief history of related experience and work samples by Oct. 7, 2011, to: Todd D. Milewski, executive editor, todd.milewski@uscho.com
