My name is Nick Teodoro I am a sports writer from northern New Jersey. As the headline states I am disabled, but I feel it offers me somewhat of a competitive edge as people find me easy to talk to and non-threatening while simultaneously being able to ask the tough questions. Over the past three years I have worked for a few different outlets here including Patch.com (AOL-Huffington Post local news site) and the North Jersey Media Group. I am interested in taking the next step and trying to get onto a pro sports beat and am looking for a publication to run my stories. I have developed connections at the Newark Bears, and through this site have been able to get the proper contact information to go about getting press credentials for other pro teams as well (NY Jets, Mets, ect). Below are some works I have published over the past few years. I hope to hear back from some of you not only with potential jobs, but also constructive feedback.
