I fit your description, and I've never gotten behind the wheel after drinking. And out of my group of friends, I can guaran-damn-tee you none of them have because they don't drink period.

I'm one of your 20 percent. I partied my ass off in college. All the bars were within walking distance. After college, I did some partying, but I ALWAYS either had a driver (usually my girlfriend turned wife), or I took a cab, or I walked.
