And where exactly do you draw the line?

All he did was comment on their tats and their hair. Big fucking deal. Everyone here has said much worse. The jigaboo thing was unnecessary, but the guy was referencing a Spike Lee film.

And what of theirs was he commenting on when calling them hos?

Since when did "ho" become one of the seven words you can't say on TV? Where was your outrage when Chris Rock or any other black comedian called women hos and bitches?

Because when you're telling a story about a woman with ho tendencies, then that's calling her a ho. That's what Chris Rock did.

Calling someone a ho just because she's female is not cool. Period. And that's what Imus and his producer did.

I find referring to women as hos and/or bitches offenisve at all times, must be a generational thing.

I find "nappy-haired" disgusting and "jigaboos" just short of the n-word.

And I find Dignan to be a total asshole.

Well, he didn't call the Tennessee women hos. Of couse, they weren't all tatted up and corn-rowed.

Precisely. Nor were the Rutgers women hos, as far as he knows.

It's disgusting, rude and completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Then you must despise hip-hop and rap, because in that genre women are synonymous with hos and bitches. If you don't, you're a big hypocrite.

    Stereotype much?

I'd be willing to bet you'd never hear the Roots, Common, Musiq, any of those types referring to women as hos.

    But you keep going.

I think Dignan has entered my hall of assholes.

And yes, spnited, hos is always offensive, least in my world.
