The Ring Ding is very similar to the Ding Dong, which also used to be marketed in parts of the States as the King Don.

It's still called the King Don in Canada but we also have, courtesy of my lovely assistant Flash, the Jos. Louis, which I believe is exclusive to us.

    I think.

So, are all the Stanley Cup playoff games gonna run in 7-second delay next year ala the Super Bowl?

Why wouldn't they call it the King Dong?

Good question. I'm assuming this may be one reason why not.

I hear NBC sent Ray Whitney to the box for two minutes and wouldn't let him out until he drank everything in the Cup.

In tribute to Dale Jr., it was probably 25 oz. of 25-proof swill. :D

I wonder if Ray Whitney is the first player ever to win a Stanley Cup while playing against the team for which he used to be a stick boy.

There must be someone, somewhere in the world of "Stump the Schwab"-type autism, that knows.

I'm pretty sure there was more than one "F" bomb tonight. Was a nice break between the "yee haws".

If Deadwood is off the air next season, maybe they can bring in Al Swearingen to do color commentary. :D
