    Lawyers can "obstruct" justice on behalf of their clients. Lawyers are bad. Nobody should be allowed to have legal representation.

    I meant "obstructing justice."

    I didn't say it's standard practice, or even all that common.

    I didn't conflate that with "ensuring due process." In fact, I'm one of the people here who is steadfast about preserving due process for everyone.

    I certainly didn't say the capability unions have to obstruct justice is the reason they should be outlawed. In fact, I never said they should be outlawed or that people aren't entitled to form one.

    I said they can, meaning "are capable of," obstructing justice on behalf of their members.
