We’re looking for a top-notch designer/copy editor to continue our sports section’s proud tradition. Our section consistently receives state and/or national honors. The ideal candidate will have a flair for page design, headline writing and copy editing. The job will involve designing and producing daily pages as well as special projects within the sports department. Our department covers a Big Ten university and is heavily committed to preps. Occasional writing assignments a possibility. Send page designs and editing samples to Sports Editor Mike Albright, Herald & Review, Box 311, Decatur, IL 62525 or e-mail at malbright@herald-review.com.
