    It doesn't freaking matter if the guy just won the NBA finals. He gets the same treatment as anyone else would.

    But apparently you'd be OK with letting it go.

    Well, you know, he was very humble about it himself, so I'm sure he was incredibly reasonable while drunk and wandering around an apartment complex he didn't live in at:

    Unless there's a tape of the incident, it's basically cop's word vs. Stevenson's word, and the whole thing will probably go away with him making a $100 to $500 donation to a charity or doing some light community service. The cop got called there by someone else, according to the ESPN article, so someone was POed enough to make a call.
