Post writers weren't fired when one attacked a beat writer from the RMN or when a hockey writer (not Dater or Frei) attacked a Minnesota SID, I think breaking his nose.

    Nothing will happen to Nat.

So, they're above the law and above common societal courtesy? Classy.

Natalie Meisler looks like a homely male wino.

Yes, I have seen her in real life. Unfortunately.

No talent either. Coaches think she's a joke.

Well, she's lasted 30+ years at one of the better papers in the country. Granted, she may have the lowest level full-time beat at that paper, but still.

    Swing and a miss.

I see where gutenberg is coming from after reading this. Almost no one reported the same thing. No one.

I don't know her or her work, but it's a mistake to assume that because someone has been in his or job for 30+ years that he or she is good at it. Even in this business.

    Inertia is a powerful force.

We only cover ourselves when we break the law at an overpriced grocery store.

At that paper, with that union, it's almost impossible to fire someone.
