Insubordination is a nasty little fellow when it can be proven.

Marshall might be in serious trouble.

Josh McDaniels might be is serious trouble.

Denver's chances at winning four games might be in serious trouble.

    Everyone loses.

Good on the Broncos. I have no problem if you request a trade but when you start dogging it and intentionaly sabotaging your teams chances you deserve to be suspended.

Don't worry Bronco fans, Kyle Orton will save the day.

Isn't that suspension timed to expire right about when the regular season starts? If the Broncos had any balls they'd suspend him through September.

What they do is reinstate him for the opener, and then just not let him play a single down, for the entire season. Just make him stand on the sideline stewing in his idiocy.

Is insubordination grounds for immediate termination? If so, that contract might not be worth spit and Denver might save a few million.

    Josh McDaniels is clearly Not-Yet-Ready-for-Primetime.

    This guy is a joker.

As a Broncos fan, this can only be considered great news. Because now, instead of winning four games, they'll win three. And have a top-3 draft pick.

Except they traded said top-3 draft pick to Seattle to draft a fucking midget cornerback in the second round last year. A move even Bobby Beathard thought was ridiculous.

Fuck Shanahan. Fuck Bowlen. Fuck McDaniels. Fuck Cutler. Fuck Marshall.

Gonna be one long fucking year.

Where's Matt Millen when you need him?

And this is appropriate: Why the Denver Broncos Suck. From Deadspin.

It's always a good sign when you haven't coached your first NFL game and everybody knows you won't be there more than a year.

People weren't exactly predicting big things for the Broncos this year, but they will be lucky to win more than 4-5 games and when your rookie HC, who is supposed to be an offensive genius runs off the two best offensive players, it doesn't bode well.

Bowlen has a reputation for taking care of players, so I don't doubt for a second that the problem here is the HC.

Bowlen is already paying Shanahan $7 million not to coach, what's another $2 mil for McDaniels?
