  6. Good point. We never required our forest service rangers to have drivers licenses; just a license to kill .... (that happens to cover vehicular manslaughter :).)

    Not really saying it is (I really think the right discussion is a lot of semantics at this point anyway, though I haven't made up my mind just where I stand in that semantics discussion) but I'm saying is, if I'm going to make a constitutional argument that it is, I'm using the 9th amendment.
