That whole column reads like a parent going up to the school to give the kids bullying their little angel a good talking to. In their mind, it seems helpful. In reality, umm ...

 

Boogie's a sour guy who comes off as frustrated he's not in a better, cooler market.

 

Watched the video in the column. Catch me up to speed here. He refused to talk to some website called "Cowbell Kingdom"? That's a thing? And did my ears deceive me at the end of that video or did some 20-year-old kid reporter call him a "fucking crybaby"? What's going on, is this real life?

 

As pointed out in the link, Furillo's hardly a kid reporter. Was a cityside reporter before becoming the sports columnist. He recently wrote a book about his dad, legendary LA sports guy Bud Furillo.

 

I believe that's multiple clips of Cousins getting into it with the reporters, the most recent one being where he stands over Furillo and goes off about this brother.

I can only assume that Cowbell Kingdom is a Blue Oyster Cult fan blog.

 

So what side exactly are you guys taking here? The millionaire thug that's ready to kick a reporter's old, tired ass? I smell fanboys.

The choice to produce that video seems odd, though I'm sure the traffic payoff was massive.
