MSNBC reports Delaware National Guard base has raised its level of security because individuals who "appeared to be Muslim" may have been conducting surveillance.

The source said they were "Mideastern."

By the way, it wasn't surveillance, it was multiple "security probes," including driving up to the main gate and asking for specific details on base security.
