ESPN, and Disney, have both been plasticized beyond belief.

Market domination is a bitch. Bigger is better, and then it sucks.

The Times said today many of the layoffs would be in ESPN's video games division, which I didn't even know it had. Does that mean Schilling will be gone from Baseball Tonight?

A friend who works there said he's been told that all "talent" is safe. That includes writers and on-air talent.

As much attention as these layoffs have gotten, it's going to go away pretty quickly when the public hasn't heard of anyone who is let go. Even though the product will undoubtedly suffer as a result.

They had these build-your-own-college-town games based off Facebook.

Mizzou was probably talking about playing weight for the deskers.

    Job stress, etc., etc.

Selling off the free bobbleheads should be worth a couple months of rent payments.

Rumor has it that Hoppes learned of his layoff on Wikipedia.
