    Dear Drew Magary's rescue dog,

The guy walking you right now is a fucking asshole.

    Sincerely,

I have to think the new overlords would eat that shit up, especially the second idea.

Is that a good thing? Is there ever a good reason to root for the vulture capitalists?

Don't worry. There's no way the venture capitalists will ever think of something that funny and original.

SJ.com Wise ones: Twitter is not real life.

Also SJ.com Wise ones: LOL, the revival of Deadspin should begin with a troll aimed at a very tiny Twitter audience, that would own.

Also not sure why Magary would be a target of the new Deadspin overlords. He was the most visible name they had, but he's also been relatively quiet about what happened.

I agree. Trolling the original Deadspin wack pack would be a great way to get it off the ground.

Either you or I completely misread DD's post. One of us definitely did.

Twitter does not reflect the majority of America.

It’s absolutely become a part of journalism’s real world - especially on a national level.

That’s why journalism is so disconnected from the majority of America.

    Context is important.

Looks like Deadspin is back. With people I've never heard of. And all comments turned off.

    Hard pass.

Reminds me a lot of The Ringer.
