Daulerio says in Hogan trial he draws line at posting sex tape of 4 year old

And now Daulerio says he was kidding about selling a kid's sex tape.

I saw a photo of him on the stand today. He looked so smug.

 

A juror asked Emma Carmichael if she'd ever slept with Daulerio or Nick Denton.

A female editor was asked if she slept with her bosses at the Hulk Hogan trial

Not familiar with Florida law and didn't know jurors could ask questions, which the judge can either admit or dismiss.

 

Why in the hell would that be relevant?

FWIW, I thought Jezebel had better and funnier writers than many in the Gawker family.
Maybe as it's more fun to see a woman go on a rant than some celibate misanthrope.
Did Jezebel have a race problem? Who knows, but it's worth asking.

 

As the article said, they were wondering how a 23 year old gets a ME job at that age. Obviously it wasn't because of her exquisite editorial judgment. She was woefully unqualified and even Jezebel staffers were pissed when she got that gig, when she had never even written for the site.

 

It would be kind of funny and ironic if the jury was doing that just to troll A.J.

How does Gawker Media survive this? I'm not saying that it can't ... but ... off the sheer math in my head of what it brings in, versus doling out $115 million, this must put it in serious trouble.
