    I never asked anyone out for drinks or coffee. Lunch if I wasn't at all sure about her level of interest, dinner if I was a little less unsure. Usually dinner. I got shot down sometimes, but I do not think suggesting a meal was ever the reason for it.

    Amen. He is in the final stages of the Kabuki dance. Time to seize the moment. You have to ask for the business.

    RTE -- she suggested a drink so it makes no sense to ask her to dinner.

    You need to show her that you are a man with a plan. Go with an e-mail back to her with specifics-- "Lets meet for a drink Thursday at Bimbo's - say 7 ish". Show some confidence. Don't go with the "can you meet me"

    Back in my 20s, I went to a strip club on a night some random porn star was performing. Chelsea Charms, I believe. Anyway, she had the biggest rack I've ever seen. So naturally, I get a picture with her. She signs it, "Breast wishes." She signed another one, "All the breast."

    She was fun.
