Dang, that was good...

    What a feast.

    Saw something on the Food Network earlier this week, where Giada, I think it was, stuffed her turkey with lemon and orange quarters, and rosemary. Then got under the skin with olive oil. We did it like that. Moist, tangy, perfect.

    Stuffing was all done in the pan, since the turkey was stuffed with the other things. Sausage stuffing. So good.

    The Au Gratin potatoes mentioned in the earlier thread. Sweet corn. Pumpkin pie. Rolls. Cranberry sau...

    I had to be at work at 6:30 AM today...
    I hope I don't fall asleep in the stuffing at my mother's.
