Dan Steinberg and Chris Cooley thumb their noses at Dan Snyder

To summerize, the Redskins will not let The Sports Bog, the blog of Washington Post blogger Dan Steinberg, post any video interviews with players, fans, coaches, etc., that occur on Redskins property. This is either because they have not read Orwell and think all information must go through a Newspeak filter, or their owner has a Napoleon complex. Or both.

So, to get around this policy, Steinberg got Cooley to agree to meet up at Cooley's mom's house, and Cooley proceded to explain how lame training camp is and how lame it is to answer inane questions about the new offense and starting a beard contest 200 times.

Good stuff. Cooley is quietly becoming one of my favorite players.

You mean Snyder, right? Cause it's a diverse statement.

That was hilarious. He seemed genuinely excited by that. And, seemed to be totally into football cards. Too funny.

I watched the unedited, 16-minute version. Well worth it.

I've said it before and will happily say it again - Steinberg is as good as it gets.
