    I would think the vast majority of his audience is watching/listening for his opinions on popular culture. That's his show. That's what he does, and he does it very well.

    The radio show is what ESPN's really paying him for, isn't it? I always got the impression he was given the TV show to make him happy, and its ratings were negligible at best.

    ESPN does not give out Monday-Friday evening daily TV shows on the main network to make radio hosts happy.
