    So I'm thinking many of the viable candidates are in town this week -- saves DMN a little on interview costs at least ...

    That would be classic. Interview them while their current paper is paying to fly them into town.

    I can almost guarantee you that isn't happening -- not that some of those in town for the SB haven't inquired about it.
