I think he'll fit in well with the jackasses. He'll be one of them in no time.

Wonder if Dale gets to stay stubbly with Hendrick.

1st rule of Earnhardt fan-ism. You do not pull for a Hendrick driver nor do you drive for Hendrick.
:)But I don't have to worry about that fan-ism anymore.
    Go 99!!!!!!

I wasn't sure quite how to describe it. It's not riight on a man that age who's not in a rock band.

The DEI crew does not want Busch in the No. 8.

Doesn't mean he won't end up there, but Hendrick's crew guys hate Busch and DEI's guys don't want him.

    Not necessarily.

I've always liked the Hendrick team (big Terry Labonte fan back in his day), so I welcome this move, even if Dale Jr. has a lot to live up to racing Labonte's No. 5.

Personality-wise, Dale Jr. seems to be a good fit at Hendrick. Good move.

Irony: Before it was Terry's number, it was Geoffrey Bodine's. :D

Think I'm gonna go rewatch Days Of Thunder just for the scene at Sophie Kay's (and the race leading up to it).
