Yeah, this is disgusting. Yes, I know this is just a movie, but there are boundaries and stuff I can't tolerate.

No. There really is no defense for showing child rape on film. I was skeeved out enough watching Happiness where Dylan Baker molests a kid off-camera. There is absolutely, positively no reason for this to be seen on film other than (1) prove you have the "artistic ability" to do so and (2) to give kiddie porn fiends a must-own DVD.

 

So who will be the first lawyer to use the defense on some sick child molester, that my client saw it in a movie so he thought it was ok.

 

After finding out that Haley Joel Osment is 18, I figured this story would tell us Dakota is 33. It seems like she's been around longer than HJO.
