Daily Podcast Host/Producer

Drive & Company is a media & research company based in Louisville, KY covering college athletics, higher education and the sports tourism industries. Drive & Company publishes widely-read curated newsletters D1.ticker, D2.ticker, D3.ticker and SI.ticker (Sports Industry Ticker), along with multi-week analysis-focused Athletics Veritas and other research products. Drive & Company publications are consumed by tens of thousands of industry leaders on a weekly basis.

Drive & Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team to host and produce our podcast, D1.t in Five, the five-minute audio version of our D1.ticker newsletters. The selected candidate will work from remote. The position is part-time to fulfill the ten podcasts per week.

Essential Job Functions

• Report to Coordinator of Operations
• Host and edit each episode, for a total of ten per week
• Summarize updates on college athletics
• Must be able to work 6:15-7:30am and 4:45-5:45pm every weekday

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Vocal experience
• Audio editing skills
• An understanding of college athletics
• Ability to produce error-free content in a timely manner
