Cuts in South Bend

    No word on the number, but the cuts include Ron Rogers, who is believe to be the nation's only fulltime black editorial cartoonist.

    The article says nothing about cuts, other than Rogers. What am I missing here?

    I think these cuts were announced back in July. Could be wrong, but I don't think these were freshly announced.

    There was a notice on my facebook feed, from Paper Cuts page.

    The info there didnt say how many were cut, just about Rogers.
