Super Dave doesn't really depend on other people to do his thing.

And Ricky Gervais was just fantastic last night. The episode was a solid B+, but he was an A.

Completely agree. Her character had become dead weight, this season has been tremendous without her.

The episode was so-so, but Gervais was great.

Banter between Larry and Gervais was great. Specially when you consider that it is done without a script.

Gervais' subtle digs at "Seinfeld" were outstanding. "I loved the laugh track. It tells you when you're supposed to laugh!"

    Gervais' laugh-track line was awesome.
I also like his response to Larry's comment about taking advantage of the wine gift.
Larry: Some people might say you took advantage.
    Gervais: Really? Who?

The whole "juicing" storyline was awesome.

"I took it for recovery, not for performance."

"What about the Hall of Fame?"
    "You're not getting in."

Also enjoyed the concept of the "shit bow."

    Best episode yet this season.

I still prefer "Palestinian Chicken," but pretty strong stuff.

I would agree. I felt the series had a lot of hit-or-miss, and some level of predictability, but this one had all the magic. I think having Leon back brings some energy.

Also, I loved David Canary's brief role as the Viagra dealer in the park. He's a great, underrated actor. Was on Bonanza many years ago, and was the best soap actor by miles when he was on All My Children.

    "Tie goes to the hetero!"

    Great episode, for sure.

I really liked, but didn't love it. I'd put the episode 4th best this season (behind Palenstinian Chicken, Vow of Silence and Safe House).

The restaurant manager was the best part of the episode to me -- his little digs at Larry were fantastic.
