    Could the thread title be more vague?

    If his bid for the Cubs is successful, I bet he'd sell the Mavericks. He makes such an emotional investment in his team that I he probably couldn't do it for two teams.

    It definitely would make things interesting on the north side.

    Naah, the only overlap between seasons is in the spring, when clearly the NBA playoffs take precedence. The Mavs don't play every night, and Cuban can afford to jet between Dallas and either Mesa or Chicago.
