Crossfit Games to award guns to first-place finishers

    Coaching, though the quality of it can vary pretty dramatically from gym to gym.

    I figured it varied. But once a coach gets all the Crossfit accreditation, I figure they are established enough to not need the logo on the wall.

    Yes, that is the final in many Crossfit competitions. But, in some of the tougher contests, crossfitters have to debrief every attorney in the room before one of them can file a suit against the crossfitter for invading other folks' personal space or conversations to tell them how great Crossfit is.
