  1. Vocals: David Yow [one of the most entertaining and unpredictable frontmen EVER]
Guitar: Neil Young and Buzz Osbourne [two guys that can never play too loud]
    Bass: Paul Raven
    Drums: Dale Crover

    And I don't want a rapper/dj...so I'm going to add a saxophonist: John Zorn

I'm going go for a mellow sound with this one.

    Vocals: Joe Pernice
Rhythm guitar, backing vocals: Lucinda Williams, I think she and Joe would sound good together
Guitars, other stuff: Jay Bennett, eh can even sing a bit
    Bass: Peter Hook
Drums: Big fat guy from McCartney's band now.
    Keys: Benmont Tench

That would be a good band.

And Lone Star, David Yow!?!?!?! Wow. He is prtty interesting.

    An all-time rock star band.
    Bass and vocals: McCartney
    Guitar: Pete Townshend
    Rhythm guitar, vocals: Jeff Tweedy
    Drums: Dave Grohl
    Multi-instrumentalist: John Paul Jones
Vocals: Michael Stipe, Paul Westerberg and Gibby Haynes (Butthole Surfer, just so he can do Sweatloaf and Lady Sniff!!!!).

This is too hard, I know I'mleaving off a ton.

What about genres: The all-time early years punk band.

Vocals: Joey Ramone and Joe Strummer
Guitar: Johnny Ramone or Thurston Moore (depending on if you want really fast and loud or a lot of feedback)
    Bass: Mike Watt
    Drums: Chris Frantz
