Wow. It says the founder of Craigslist, Craig Newmark, still works at the firm as a customer service representative.

Apparently the dude still runs the whole thing out of his house, with a big bank of servers. It's purposely low-tech. I guess the guy has been offered over a billion -- BILLION -- dollars for ad rights but won't do it.

 

Is he nuts?? I would have taken that and never looked back.

 

Rich entrepreneur types are not like us. Which is often how they got that way.
