Covering basketball while on crutches

    If the school(s) you cover have bleachers at either end of the court you can park yourself there and take your pictures of teams attacking the basket. This actually worked out best for me having to do both photography and taking stats. If it isn't there, maybe sitting in the front row of the bleachers and take photos. I've seen a few parents do it that way and they get some pretty good pics. Then again, you could always bring on a high school photographer who will work for experience rather than money (I assume the reason you don't have a photographer is because your shop doesn't want to pay for one).
