    Comes from Couric's book.

    FWIW, if Couric actually thought that Ginsburg was old and confused, that should have been the focus of her reporting.

    I understand it comes from the book, but is the Daily Mail accurately and adequately quoting from the book or reporting what's in the book? What's the context?

    I'm leery.

    And all we're seeing on this thread are some fairly cryptic tweets.

    I haven't read the book. It's on my reading list somewhere above Snooki's memoir and somewhere below Lance Armstrong's book. But from responses from journalists I saw elsewhere, I just assumed that 1) everything they have is factually correct. 2) They played it in a particularly Daily Mailesque way.
