Couple lost in corn maze calls 911

"Hello, 9-1-1, we're lost in a corn maze and we can't get out send help!"

"Can you describe your location?"

"Yeah, we're right next to a big stalk of corn."

"I mean describe the general location."

"Well, it's kind of brown and crackly all around. Does that help?"

"Never mind. I see from your cell that you are near Podunk. Can you describe to rescue workers how to find you?"

"Sure. Start near the scarecrow and go left. Or is it right? I'm kind of turned around. Oh, wait. We left a trail. They could follow that!"

"Great. What is it?"

"Corn."
