I, ahem, read on line somewhere that they started the act on the floor next to the pilot. If this, ahem, is accurate, then it seems to me something actually COULD have gone wrong, and the pilot's license should be suspended if for nothing other than showing terrible judgment.

 

They did. Someone posted a NSFW video from some Dutch or German web site and I was laughing my ass off. She was literally naked, sitting on his lap and the pilot is just hanging out, as if people aren't banging next to him.
