My Slingbox worked perfectly when I was in Thailand a couple months ago ... just make sure you have a good Internet connection, like always. The time difference works OK too, since it should be about 12 hrs. ahead of you (give or take a few hours, depending on where you are).

I've been bugging my editor about the status of these spots. I am told we will have a definite answer as to who we will be allowed to hire by the end of the week.

Apparently TPTB want a larger Asian presence ... which is odd, seeing as I'm the only bule in our four-person section.

It appears the Globe staff is full. They are not hiring at the moment.
