They should shove this into an episode of the Wire.

    Who plays the douchebag cop?

I'm thinking Jay Landsman---the actor, not the real Jay.

Rawls just sent him out to the street.

Oh I'm not excusing Farva at all. Obviously a giant duche. But I'm sure that kid said or gestured or did something to get him that worked up in the first place. He didn't just go from writing people parking tickets to freaking out like that just because the kid didn't stop skateboarding.

But don't get me wrong, he was way, way over the top.

"I better not see myself on ..." YouTube?

What a pukehead. (He didn't even have no cake.) There's no way that fucker needed to wrestle the kid down to the ground and confiscate his deck. I'm glad he said his fucking name on the clip, so the police can reprimand this asshole and take his badge away. That was just a tough-guy display from a grown man overcompensating for wearing short pants to work.

But that Harbor sure did look nice, didn't it?

The kid's are cowering on the fucking curb, and he's yelling at them like there's no tomorrow. Does he really expect them to speak up, especially after he just scolded them and threw the kid down to the ground for saying "dude"?

Rivieri was suspended with pay for assaulting the 14-year-old skateboarder.

You could argue that his verbal attacks on the 14-year old kid were out of line.

You cannot argue that putting him in a headlock, throwing him to the ground, then pushing him back down to the ground was completely uncalled for, to the nth degree.

We need to do what we can to make sure 100 percent of our police officers are good cops (I'd put the number at 97 percent right now). That would mean firing this fuck.
