    POSITION OVERVIEW
    This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining all company related websites including but not limited to enhancements, trouble-shooting and production. Position will assist with overall development priorities by coordinating with other departments including, but not limited to creative services, marketing, ticket sales and services, partnerships and ticket operations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Perform hands-on technical troubleshooting for all company websites and social media sites on a daily basis
    • Provide daily production assistance
    • Must have an understanding of a variety of web development languages.
    • Must be able to assist with long-term plan for the company's website development and presence, including standards and guidelines for content based on business goals and input from stakeholders.
    • Ensure a consistent look and feel across all company websites by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images and layout, and creating appropriate templates to assist content authors.
    • Update and publish all content, both HTML and documents, for all company websites
    • Participate in the development and integration of graphical and multimedia components into the web, including audio and video, with due regard paid to appropriate compression techniques, resolution, sizes, color maps and depths to ensure high quality and speed of delivery.
    • Develop, implement, and enforce Web appropriate use and privacy policies.
    • Address all internal/external customer reports of website functional difficulties. Find, diagnose and fix website problems, including broken links (both internal and external), typographical errors and formatting inconsistencies.
    • Identify and implement website presence and promotion opportunities, such as search engine registration and establishing pointer links from other relevant web sites.
    • Create and maintain an archive for website templates and images.
    • Create and maintain a reference archive for older versions of the website and its content.
    • Assist supervisor in writing specs for and managing team site development priorities
    • Help supervisor in developing functional and business specifications for new development and draft spec documents
    • Interface with Information Technology department to ensure mutual awareness of activities and software/hardware developments.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager


    REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES
    (To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
    • Hands on understanding of Internet-related technologies and technical standards, including ability to code html and Flash as well as understanding of xml, cgi scripts, browser compatibles and JavaScript
    • Expertise in using and designing on social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Wikipedia, ShareThis, Digg, LinkedIn and Foursquare
    • Proficient in using APIs
    • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
    • Planning and organizing, can prioritize work activities; uses time efficiently
    • Detail oriented
    • Adaptability – adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes
    • Dependability – consistently at work on time, follows instructions, responds to manager’s instructions
    • Demonstrated hands-on interactive development experience, including Internet or systems related projects
    • Experience with a team on deadline to complete complex technical projects
    • Ability to adapt to flexible and often untraditional office hours including game and event coverage and posting.
    • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays
    • Ability to attend company events
    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced programming experience with HTML.
    • Strong understanding of other Internet programming languages.
    • Working knowledge of Web authoring, development and publishing tools.
    • Experience with computer graphic and multimedia design.
