COOKIES 'N CREAM

I just purchased a Kashi Go Lean Chewy Protein Bar of the COOKIES 'N CREAM variety.

Not Cookies and Cream, not Cookies & Cream, not Cookies with Cream or Cookies in Cream. The flavor is clearly stated: COOKIES 'N CREAM.

So here is what we know.
1. The bar contains cookies
2. The bar contains cream
3. The bar is shouting at me
4. The bar contains the capital letter N --- (I wonder how that tastes with the cookies and or the cream?)
5. Other letters have been omitted

 

And what's the deal with airline food???

I realize this thread is very Small Potatoes of me. I just felt it needed to be shared and if I told my coworkers instead, they would think I'm weird. Instead, I share it on a message board with complete strangers, most of whom I know better than my coworkers. Somehow that is less weird.

 

This made me laugh. Out loud. At my desk. Well played.

 

Optimum Nutrition's Cookies and Cream flavor whey protein powder is awesome. Best they put out.

 

I must say this Kashi bar may be the best protein stick I've ever had. Much tastier than the chalky crap Zone makes or the chunky crap PowerBar makes. I think I'm hooked.

 

Everytime I see one of those Kashi ads on TV it makes me think they are like some kind of cult...

In fact, it is weirder (or should that be more weird?) that you know people you don't actually know (us) better than the people you work with.
