Excellent "Biography Remembers" on the Biography Channel right now, but about 40 minutes into an hour-long program.

Did anyone spot Joan Kennedy? Yes, she's still alive. I checked.

This memorial service is something else. From another era. I'd love to hear some of the stories that they'll be telling after this thing wraps up at some bar in Boston.

Are all the major networks showing the service nationwide?

CNN, Fox and MSNBC uninterrupted. Orrin Hatch telling the story about getting Ted to agree to help a group of Morman missionaries when Kennedy was drunk was pretty funny. Not only did he meet with the group - he arranged for the group to get to use Faneuil Hall.

In Boston every network is showing the event live......I understand that, but I'd be shocked if it was the same nationwide..

    I'm watching it on CNN.

    Orrin Hatch was terrific.

The guy (I missed the beginning so I have no idea who he is) talking about the sailing race started off well but then became tedious.

I flipped to the Argos/Stampeders game which is incredibly boring.

Worst day of my life. :)

    Not on major networks here.

On CNN, MSNBC and the like.

Is it true that John Kerry served in Vietnam? I heard that somewhere.

More than his opponent did, at least.
