"Congratulations! You've won an iPhone!" That is indeed a clever ruse . . . .

I'm listening to music on my computer as I read SportsJournalists.com, and just to stop hearing that damn ad about being selected for an iPhone, I'm about to subscribe to SportsJournalists.com if it will eliminate that ad.

Does it? I know some subscribers have bragged about not seeing certain ads.

Very clever indeed, Webby. Get the few stragglers to contribute by putting this odious ad at the top.

My free iPhone has already arrived. Now all my calls to the Unclaimed Funds consultant at Nigeria's Ministry of Overseas Banking are only $1.49 a minute! A substantial savings!

Well, Webby's got me now. That ad was too annoying; it merited action.

It's like a whole new world. Shining, shimmering, splendid.

Man, that talking ad is annoying. It looks like you've switched to a new ad company?

I think I may have to log off so I can see/hear this ad you guys are talking about.

I never got the talking ad, just some google ones and the strange Ron Paul one above the masthead.
